The “don’t worry” part of the formula is the hard part.

I know it can be very difficult to be happy and worry about nothing when your current reality is so far from what you want and you seem to be surrounded by problems you don’t know how to fix.  However, hope and faith in a positive outcome is the most important part of your answer.  You are totally capable of doing it but it will take some work on how you think about your life and future.  You must stop falling into the victim mentality trap of blame and regret and become the Designer of Reality you are fully capable of being.  You want to know the meaning of life? You are here to have fun becoming a creator and designer of new and improved versions of Reality.  Your mission and objective when you got into this was to have an adventure learning to shape reality to your wishes and in the process improving everything in your path.  The stumbling block is accepting and believing in your unlimited creative powers.  Reality is not out there somewhere – it is all in your heart and mind.  Take charge – it’s a lot more satisfying and fun.  

You might be thinking however that if it was not for some of the jerks you are forced to deal with you could be happy.  You don’t get off that easy because while it is always easier going if you hang out with positive optimistic people, ultimately it is always your decision as to how you feel and what you believe.  What you think about everything is your choice.  Your life is a tale you are weaving and conjuring into being based on past and present experiences.  The key piece of the puzzle is that you never need be limited or held back by anything that has already happened.   

When you are feeling stuck in a place you don't want to be, it can be very useful to reclaim your Spiritual foundation.  Part of my start on a metaphysical/Spiritual path many years previously had been when I listened to a set of tapes called “All About Goals” by Jack Boland.  I listened to the tape series as part of a business success program but Jack’s message brought together my business and Spiritual paths in a powerful way.  I was to find out that Jack Boland was a Unity Minister.  Thanks to Jack, over the years I got involved with Unity which is a non-denominational Spiritual organization based on the teachings of Jesus.  While you could not say that it was non-religious, it was more about Jesus’ teachings as a successful living system.  It is non-judgmental, welcoming to all and focused on positive expectation and appreciation.  Knock and the door will be opened.  You can investigate for yourself if you are interested - visit http://www.dailyword.com/ as a good place to start.  Since you will come to find that worry and fear are the two biggest obstacles to your success, finding ways to eliminate those feelings from your day is extremely important.  One of the best ways to do this is to starting your day with 15-20 minutes of meditation (which we shall discuss a little further on).  A dose of positive thoughts from The Daily Word is another addition to your morning routine to help you get your day off to a good start.  

It needs to be pointed out though that it is still all on you.  Once when I was in a place I did not like, I got very involved with a local Unity church in hopes of doing good and soaking up some positivibes.  I went so far as to become President of the Board of Directors of the church in my effort to get back on track.  I think I made a contribution to the organization and I did several talks that I hope were inspiring to some but for me it was not what I needed.  From a philosophical viewpoint it was right on track but my feeling was that too many of the people in the church were there to be “fixed” and I came to realize I was one of them.  Like looking to a Priest or Rabbi or a Professional Counselor that can talk to you and share ideas with you can be helpful, ultimately it comes down to YOU.  It is you who must decide you are going to accept that you are totally worthy and deserving of everything you want.  You must make a decision to stop feeling sorry for yourself and JUST START FOCUSING ON THINGS YOU ARE HAPPY ABOUT!  

Miracles Abound

We live in a very magical world.

There are miracles around every corner.  We use the word miracles to describe happenings that would not be predicted by what we currently accept to be our reality.  Like a deaf person unable to translate vibration to sound, most of us are only occasionally aware that we are the ones defining and shaping the physical world.  This is not mere metaphor – it is literal fact.  This may be a bit hard for you to accept if you are not currently aware of this reality.  Most people have no idea of who they really are.  (Your name here) is but a character you have imagined who will play a part in a story that you are directing.  

Here’s a little explanation of the scenario we are suggesting.  You came into the game with some basic traits and talents, maybe even a few specific objectives. However, the character you have created is mostly the result of all of the ideas and input your brain (a very sophisticated bio-computer) has gotten since your physical body achieved a bit of consciousness – awareness of a self.  The psychologist Carl Jung called that formative influence “the collective unconscious”.  Therein lays the problem.  For your early “programming” years – your formative period – you simply accepted everything you heard and saw as “fact”.  You should consider the possibility that many of the "programs" you have running in that bio-computer of yours may have been corrupted along the way.  Erroneous and limited beliefs of others may have had a big effect on how you view reality.  The good news is that you can overwrite those faulty programs with new beliefs with some effort on your part.

Thank you for adding all of your hopes and dreams to the mix that will determine the future for life on this planet.  All that you need to learn to do now is accept that you have the power to bring all of those visions of the future into reality.  If you will give a little consideration to the ideas presented here you will help create a better future for yourself and everyone else on this lovely planet we have as a home for life adventures.  

We are all here at this time and place with an opportunity to transform the future experience of life on this planet in very wonderful ways.  As the level of consciousness of the human species continues to evolve, we are beginning to realize that it is our beliefs that shape the physical world.  By focusing on new and improved ways of doing things we can gradually solve problems from the inside out.  As more of us join together in an attitude of hope, appreciation and positive anticipation our naturally creative natures will transform the world.  Old fears, prejudices and limiting beliefs will fade into the past.  We are the Designer’s of Reality here at the Edge of Creation. 

What you are about to read you may consider to be speculative fiction, religious fantasy or possibly a quantum physics take on reality.  It does not really matter because seeds of truth will be planted in your mind that will grow into an expanding garden of new perceptions about reality and the possibilities open to you.  

First, know that regardless of appearances or any ideas you have stuck in your head, you are a being worthy of great praise and eternal appreciation.  You choose to embark on this adventure in which you find yourself with no idea about how your story would develop or what challenges you would face.  While you may believe that you are just a relatively average individual trying to get by in an unpredictable and often difficult world, you actually have the ability to shape your world and you have access to unlimited creative power.  You, of course, have been using your creative power all along but because of preconceived ideas you have gotten from others you may not have been using that power in truly satisfying ways.  Once you realize how much power you can wield and learn a little bit about how to control it, things will begin changing dramatically.  

That is the tale we have for your consideration.  It is time for you to take charge of your personal adventure.  You have an important role in this play of life you have chosen to be a part of.  You will find that you can do whatever you want and also that you are not required to do anything you don’t feel like doing. Mostly you are here to learn how to make your personal hopes and dreams become a reality and have fun adventuring but in doing that you can also make an enormously positive contribution to all of Creation.    

A Magical World

YOU ARE LIVING IN A MAGICAL WORLD.  
YOU CAN MAKE IT WHAT EVER YOU WANT IT TO BE.

Why is knowing this important? The main reason is that if you don't realize it you may spend way too much time trying to please others or follow someone else's ideas about how you should live. They may think they should have some control over what you do or say but that is totally up to you.  Like everything else about your life, it will always come down to what you believe and feel in your heart and gut is right for you. 

Because of all of the sights, sounds and opinions of others that we are continuously bombarded with, many people believe they need to fit in and focus on pleasing others rather than following their own hopes and dreams.  They believe in competition and survival of the fittest. They think you have to work hard to get what you want. The truth is you do not really need to work hard for anything or suffer at all unless you believe it is necessary to make you "deserving" of what you want. You certainly are not required to do anything simply to please someone else. You can never serve the greater good by doing anything you don't "have your heart in". The best advice is to let your heart be your guide and appreciate every good thing that flows into your experience. The challenge is to keep any fears or worries at bay and chase them away with love and joy in the wonder of your existence as an individualized character in this life adventure. 

As you begin to realize that you create your own reality by what you chose to believe in you will learn to be intentional about your creation and become skilled at using your emotional compass.  We can alter the future in very significant ways. A new age has begun and we are responsible for shaping how it will unfold.

You came into this life experience with the primary intention of having fun with an adventure in 3D time space reality.  You are here to learn how to master your skill of creating / designing a world ever more in line with your hopes and dreams.  Your work is to manifest an enjoyable and satisfying experience for yourself.  As you get proficient at fulfilling your inspirations and dreams you will positively affect all of material creation.  You are the Designer of Reality™.  The future is up to you.

The Green New Deal is a Rotten Tomato

When I first heard the term Green New Deal I assumed it was about focusing on sustainable directions aimed at making us better stewards of this planet we are blessed to have as home.  As so often happens, making assumptions is the art of imagining things to be the way you believe or want them to be.  As it turns out, the Green New Deal has little to do with leading us to be better stewards to the planet.  It purports to be the solution to a dystopian reality that does not exist in the country it would like to take over.  Yes, there are people who do not have great lives and too often people opt for consumption over compassion but the Green New Deal will only sink us into a world of mediocrity and rotten tomatoes.  Here’s why…

The Green New Deal is a new suit of clothes for a character that has failed over and over again and will keep failing because it does not understand human beings.  Seeking happiness and satisfaction is the driving force of everyone’s life but the happiness comes from traveling a path to discover what will bring you that satisfaction.  The Green New Deal promotes the misconception that if everyone has a job and three meals a day and a roof over their head they will be happy.  The failure in this thinking is that it is the achievement of creating the life you want that brings the satisfaction.  An animal in a cage has a perfect life by this agenda.  There is never anything to worry about.  Sadly for the animal that is boredom and stagnation of abilities – not happiness and joyful living.

The Green New Deal is backward thinking.  It believes that people need to be taken care of.  It believes individual actions and dreams are secondary rather than central to the quality of life.  It fails to realize that it is the satisfaction of accomplishing a goal that brings the happiness and satisfaction.  Human beings are creators.  Helping people to learn what they need to do to achieve is the solution.  The animal in the cage is given everything it needs – it will never be hungry or at risk of anything.  That animal will also have no adventure, no satisfaction of making anything happen.  The idea that taking the struggle out of life provides the solution misses the key factor about happiness.  Where there is no effort, there is no satisfaction.  The solution is not about making achievement easy, it is about learning how to make it happen.  There is a Chinese proverb that is clear on the point we wish to make: Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

There is a wonderful organization that I am very proud to be a part of called Gateway Community Outreach (http://gcoflorida.org/).  Their slogan is, “a hand up, not a handout”.   What does that mean?  They teach people to fish.  They will most certainly put some fish on the table but they will also get you into a 90-day program focused on getting back to being your own fisherman.  Gateway will help you pay some bills and feed your family but it will also work with you on personal counseling to help you overcome the challenge at hand and figure out what you need to do to get back on your own two feet.  This success will not be given to you – you will need to earn it on your own by your personal determination and effort.  You know what the real remedy for poverty and inequality is?  It is what Gateway strives to do as they work to restore hope and optimism about the future. 

There are a few good ideas in “The Green New Deal” but they are doomed by the failed logic that quality of life is an entitlement and does not need to be earned.  Going for the prize of personal achievement is where all satisfaction comes from.  Many people will need a hand up.  That is what is valuable, not the “hand out”.  Life is about learning and growth.  Life is about finding the balance of things and relationships that bring you the most personal satisfaction.  No matter what a society does, it cannot give or guarantee someone a happy life because it is finding the path on your own that delivers the prize.  Instead of trying to put everyone on an even playing field we need to teach all who are willing to learn, how to be good players.  As James Allen said in his book by the same title, “as a man thinketh, so is he”.  

We’ll have more on this since I know many New Green Dealers will want to talk about the greed, cruelty and corruption of Capitalism… nothing is perfect.  That’s why we are here – to help create a new and improved realities for the planet each day we venture out on our individual life adventures.

DEATH: The Grand Illusion

QUESTION:  This is a difficult subject for me . Not too sure about this extension of life or a different phase of our existence stuff .  I mean , how do we know?  We truly will never know until we die...now will we? It does frighten me a little. The uncertainty. What happens after? No calming rational appears to me.

RESPONSE:  Letting go of any fear or concern about death is definitely the big leap of faith.  However one of our bedrock Laws of Science indicate that you as an energy form cannot be destroyed.

In physics, the law of conservation of energy states that the total energy of an isolated system remains constant—it is said to be conserved over time. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it transforms from one form to another. For instance, chemical energy can be converted to kinetic energy in the explosion of a stick of dynamite. 

As I discuss in my book, I think the appropriate view of "a lifetime" is to consider it as one book in a long series of adventures of the Soul/Spirit/Life Force that created the character of Alan to explore the 3D time space reality world here on Earth.  After Alan dies you will maintain whatever individuality you choose but also be totally a part of what we can can Universal Mind (or God).  Particularly if you choose to call this God, it is important to realize that you are not separate from this all encompassing energy field, you are it.  You have access to all knowledge, thought and story since the beginning of time.  At this point you may choose to "be" and observe Creation through the eyes and feelings of all the Alan's currently playing in the material/time/space realm.  Possibly you will want to give some help/inspiration or support to fellow Spirits in the material world (I think you will discover that we do travel through existence in clusters - friend Spirits (you know like when you meet someone for the first time but you feel like you have known each other before).  Maybe you are ready for more action and want to pick a new character to live.  The stores we create are the tales of God Creating the physical world and it is ongoing and ever evolving.  We didn't really do it in seven days - it took a long while before the stage was set for free thinking, self determining beings like us humans to start playing.  Unlike most of the rest of living creatures, we had free will.  We were totally capable of making mistakes and being foolish but that is the very thing that drives Creation in ever more interesting and entertaining directions.  It is both our struggles and triumphs that make it a great game.  When we are in the game we are the entertainment for "God" as creation unfolds through our hearts minds (again, God is just the consciousness of ALL of us - including other animals and all consciousness in any form).

It should be pointed out that no where in this story is there "judgement".  Karma is an operating principle in the game but there is no judgement.  You don't have to qualify to realign your awareness with the infinite (heaven is a word often used).  No matter how badly you screw up a story, when you die you are freed from trauma like waking up from a bad dream and realizing it was "just" a dream.

What's the point of "life" ?  To try and come up with satisfying and enjoyable experiences, use your creativity to overcome obstacles and add new elements to the playing field here on planet Earth (or whatever game world you happen to be playing on).  Remember that while in the game, GOD/infinite intelligence/infinite YOU and ME are experiencing everything through us like watching the movie of our adventures, struggles and triumphs - rooting for each of us by the way and encouraging us to discover our true power to benefit all of Creation.  How much fun and love can you bring to the game?  All of Creation is cheering you on and ready to inspire and guide you as much as you are willing to accept the help.

TO FIND THE TRUTH YOU NEED TO READ THIS

As difficult as it may be for you to believe, the REAL You is far more than the character you probably believe yourself to be.  (Your name here) is only a very small part of who you really are.  You have "imagined" this character into being so that you may go adventuring in a physical world of time, matter and space. Once you can accept that this concept may be true you can embark on a path to learning how to command your true ability to transform and create physical reality.  You will learn that your BELIEFS create your reality.  If you are willing take a leap of faith and test these ideas you will find that you can determine your future by intention and that you can "walk through the valley of the shadow of death and fear no evil" because You are in control. The Designer of Reality™ program offers some insights to help you discover your full potential as a creative being.

It is really just a matter of learning to accept that you are an immortal expression of an infinite energy field that has designed a character, (your name here), to interact with the time space reality we find ourselves in.

Your doubts are your only barrier to doing whatever you may dream of doing. If you are suffering from any anxiety or fears, you can free yourself - these are self-imposed limitations. They can only be if you choose them - with a little practice you will begin to make improved choices.  There are some mental skills you need to learn but all that is required to become the powerful "Designer of Reality" you are destined to become is to let all of your fears and worries go. It will take some mental effort and the awareness of a few important concepts but there is no reason that you cannot do it in this lifetime.  It is as easy as consistently seeking out those things that bring you joy and appreciation and wasting none of your energy worrying about the "unwanted".

Make HOPE, LOVE and JOY the forces that drive your every action and decision.

The energy you channel will transform the world in wonderful ways.  It is those like you who learn this truth that will help prevent others from sinking into a pit of fear, despair and sadness. As the consciousness level of the planet is elevated by your influence, bigotry, hatred, anger, jealousy and disease will be more and more diminished with each passing day.

We want to encourage you to dis-connect from the reality that is promoted by the "bad news" media and "entertainment" industries.  Once you know why these fragments of the human experience get so much attention it will be easier to rise above them.

Yes, there are unwanted things happening all around us but focusing our attention on them magnifies their impact and the "reciprocal exchange" effect of karma and the Law of Attraction will only cause more of the same - you should eliminate or at least keep to a minimum your exposure to BAD news and "negative" people.

Your mission will be to keep your focus on the people and things that are RIGHT with the World.  Believe in and promote those who are working to positively transform the planet in big and small ways.  If we are to assure a more rapid positive evolution in consciousness for the planet your participation is urgently needed.

There is a paradigm shift occurring in the evolution of human consciousness that will transform our species over the coming decades.
